Edgewater Edgemarc Devices
We require an edge device from Edgewater networks at each customer location. This edge device acts as a router, firewall, and provides call prioritization to make sure your voice quality is top-notch. Most importantly, however, this device lets our Network Operations Center constantly and proactively monitor the quality of your voice traffic and make fixes remotely.
