Graves comes to Reignmaker Communications following 18 years in executive-level positions in the financial, technology and telecommunication industries. Among the companies led by Graves was Cypress Communications. From 1997 through 2000, Graves served as Cypress' President, COO and CFO, growing the company from an early development stage to a publicly-traded company, in the process raising approximately $95 million in two separate private funding rounds and then a successful initial public offering of $195 million. Graves also was an Executive Director for BellSouth Corporation's Corporate Development Group where he created and managed teams to execute mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions across the company's various business units.
Graves holds an MBA from the Harvard School of Business.
