Brian Butts oversees Reignmaker's systems development, information systems and service delivery organizations. His teams work in unison to develop internal systems that drive an increase in customer satisfaction and enhance the service delivery process with a technology-centered philosophy.
Butts has more than 9 years of telecommunications and engineering design experience in the VoIP market. Prior to joining Reignmaker, Butts served as the Market Operations Director at Cbeyond Communications where the company's customer base grew by more than 15,000 active customers. Butts was instrumental in the early development of the service delivery and customer activation process.
In addition, Butts worked as a systems integrator and network administrator at Sprint supporting the ION VoIP product. He was also instrumental in the pioneering development at Scientific Research Corporation, in conjunction with the Army Research Institute, on Voice Over ATM and IP platforms.
Butts holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
