McDonough is CEO of Soteria Imaging, LLC, which is one of the nation's largest independent operators of outpatient diagnostic imaging centers. McDonough has actively overseen numerous mergers and acquisitions in his career. McDonough has more than 15 years of experience at the CEO level working with private equity firms and shareholder groups improving the value and liquidity opportunities of healthcare portfolio investments. Prior to the start in healthcare, McDonough spent the early state of his career on the staffs of U.S. Senator Paul Laxalt and the Reagan Administration.
