Bremer has been on the Board of Directors of ebank since its formation in August 1997 and has taken three companies public during his career. From 1996 through his retirement in 1998, Bremer served as Chairman of Simione Central Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded information systems and management services company in the home health industry. Prior to Simione, Bremer was President and Chief Executive Officer of Central Health Holding Company, Inc. and its subsidiary, Central Health Services, Inc. He is the co-founder and former Director for the Foundation for Medically Fragile Children and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Medal of Honor Foundation. He is currently serving as Treasurer of the Caring Institution which honors outstanding and caring Americans.
