On July 16, 2003, Horizon Technology Group, an Atlanta-based provider of telecommunications infrastructure, installation and maintenance, formed a strategic partnership with Reignmaker Consortium. Both Horizon Technology Group and Reignmaker Consortium had long been specialists in Internet Protocol (IP) communications for the small to mid-sized business market.

The strategic alliance positioned Reignmaker as the world’s first END-TO-END VoIP service provider.
